Shahbaz Sharif at the United Nations: Israeli attacks on the Palestinians are among the darkest chapters of history
New York – Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stressed, during his speech before the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, that the continued Israeli attacks on the Palestinian people represent one of the darkest periods in human history.
He called on the international community to take urgent action to put an end to what he described as the “open massacre” against civilians, especially children and women, stressing that the continued international silence exacerbates the suffering of the Palestinian people and weakens global moral values.
