Hamas releases all living Israeli prisoners

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, released 13 Israeli prisoners and handed them over to the International Red Cross as part of the second batch of the prisoner handover process, after it handed over a first batch of 7 prisoners earlier today.

Israeli Army Radio said that there were no longer any alive hostages held by Hamas after Al-Qassam released 20 Israeli prisoners.

The Israeli Channel 12 said that the Red Cross received the 13 prisoners released in the second batch and they were on their way to Israel, after 7 prisoners in the first batch arrived in Israel.

Prisoners captured by the resistance from residential communities include twins Galli and Zev Berman (28 years old), and brothers Ariel Kunio (28 years old) and David Kunio (35 years old).

They also included two Israeli soldiers, Matan Angrist (22 years old) and Nimrod Cohen (20 years old).
